Mission
Ensure the overall performance of the property by overseeing operations, guest experience, and team engagement, in order to deliver a seamless, profitable, and memorable stay for every explorer. Maintain operational excellence, uphold brand standards, and achieve performance targets, while fostering a culture of service, discipline, and community within the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee scheduling
- Support, coach, and train team members
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, and stock management
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Optimize revenue and implement dynamic pricing strategies
- Perform financial tracking and reporting
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and quality control
- Handle complex guest situations
- Manage petty cash and bank deposits
- Maintain documentation and records of the property
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Oversee and protect the establishment's reputation

- Languages: professional French and English; a third language is an asset
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years in hospitality or tourist accommodation, ideally supervising teams, coordinating operations, and managing reservations, revenue, and basic administration (billing, deposits, petty cash).
