The Explorer Card is our way of handing you the city we actually know — the cafés we drink at after a shift, the rental shop we send our friends to, the studio we trust on a rainy Tuesday.
Buy it at any Capsule front desk for the duration of your stay and three months beyond. Show it (or scan the QR) at any partner. Get the perk. No app to download, no points to chase, no fine print.
Ask any front-desk agent. Card is issued on the spot, linked to your stay, valid for three months from the day you pick it up.
Hand over the physical card or pull up the QR on your phone. The partner scans it once at checkout to verify it's active.
Discount applied, freebie added, class booked — depends on the partner. Use the card as many times as you want during the three months.
Every partner is a spot a Capsule team member sends people to off the clock. Curated, never sponsored.

Three months from the day you buy it at the front desk. Use it as many times as you want during that window — there's no per-perk cap and no need to "save" it for later.
At any Capsule front desk: Saint-Laurent in the Plateau, Bishop downtown, or Capsule + at the Old Port (once open). Ask the agent — it takes about thirty seconds to issue.
Yes. Each partner sets their own rules — most allow repeat visits during the three-month window. The QR scan at the partner end keeps it simple: if the card is active, the perk applies.
The card is tied to the holder, but it's transferable: if you're checking out and a friend is checking in, you can hand it over. Just let the front desk know so we can update the name on the card.
Email relations@capsuleshotels.com and we'll fix it on the partner's side, then make sure your perk is honored retroactively. Rare, but it happens.
