Mission
Ensure late guest arrivals are properly handled, maintain safety and a quiet environment throughout the night, ensure operational continuity until the morning team arrives, and contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of the property.
Responsibilities
- Welcome late-arriving guests and perform night check-ins and check-outs
- Monitor access to the property and ensure safety rules are followed
- Maintain a calm and respectful environment within the property
- Handle noise complaints, conflicts, or inappropriate behavior professionally
- Manage minor incidents and report any issues requiring attention
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the property
- Maintain a night logbook and record important events
- Respond to guest requests during the night
- Verify accuracy of transactions, payments, and cash handling
- Ensure all reservations and billing are correctly recorded
- Keep the front desk and common areas clean and organized
Who we're looking for

- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written); a third language is an asset
