Mission
Welcome, guide, and support guests to ensure a smooth, safe, and pleasant experience, while applying operational procedures and property rules. Support the cleaning team as needed.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and perform check-ins and check-outs
- Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations
- Process payments and handle the cash register
- Respond to guest requests (in person, phone, email, or platforms)
- Maintain the logbook and pass on important information to the next team
- Apply safety procedures and property rules
- Ensure quiet, respect for house rules, and good conduct within the property
- Intervene professionally when rules are not respected
- Manage minor incidents (noise, guest conflicts, inappropriate behavior) and report any problematic situation
- Respond to guest reviews on booking platforms when required
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Contribute to maintaining the overall cleanliness of the property
- Promote sales and additional services (bonuses when sales and performance targets are met)

Experience
Experience in front desk, customer service, or cash handling, or in hospitality, tourist accommodation, or retail: an asset.
