Mission
Primarily ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in capsules and common areas to deliver an impeccable guest experience that meets sanitary standards. Provide basic front desk support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect capsules after each guest departure
- Maintain common areas (bathrooms, showers, hallways, reception, lounge spaces)
- Empty trash and manage waste and recycling
- Restock supplies (paper goods, soap, amenities, bedding, etc.)
- Follow hygiene procedures and cleaning protocols
- Check equipment condition and report any issues or damage
- Keep carts and storage areas clean and organized
- Manage inventory and report restocking needs
- Maintain clear communication with the front desk team regarding guest status
- Support front desk operations as needed
- Welcome guests and answer basic inquiries
- Perform basic reception tasks (check-in, check-out) following procedures
- Contribute to sales and upselling services (bonuses based on performance targets)
