Mission
Ensure routine maintenance tasks across our three Montreal locations and support daily operations by assisting reception and housekeeping teams when needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks (minor repairs, adjustments, simple equipment replacement)
- Regularly inspect the condition of facilities, capsules, and common areas
- Report and document issues requiring specialized intervention
- Conduct regular equipment and facility checks
- Handle basic building upkeep (minor work, handling, restocking)
- Perform small transport tasks or urgent purchases for the property
- Assist with installation, setup, or relocation of capsules and equipment
- Manage tools, material inventory, and small equipment
- Support housekeeping team as needed
- Support front desk operations (basic guest interaction, assistance, luggage handling) as needed
- Help maintain overall cleanliness and smooth operation of the property
- Contribute to the safety and proper condition of all facilities

Experience
Experience in building maintenance, domestic upkeep, or manual work required; experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service is an asset.
